Charlotte is a native of Mississippi and co-founder of Mill Street Studios. She is an entrepreneur and civic leader in Jackson, the state's capital city. A passionate promoter of Jackson, she ran for mayor in 1997 and in the primaries for the U.S. Congress in 2000. For over 20 years, MSS has been a dream project for Charlotte and her husband Monte.

Carl Monte Reeves

Monte is a native of Mississippi and co-founder of Mill Street Studios. Over the past 40 years, he has successfully engaged in various aspects of property ownership and development and has purchased the land on which Mill Street Studios will be located. Mr. Reeves is one of the largest real estate owners in downtown Jackson. He is the former president of the Mississippi Recycling Coalition and the Mississippi Biomass Council.

Monte is a native of Mississippi and co-founder of Mill Street Studios. Arnold Hernandez

Arnold Hernandez is a registered architect both in the US and abroad. He earned a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. He has over 23 years of experience in architectural design, space planning, and master planning, both domestic and international. Past projects include residential, commercial, education, industrial, multi-family, and mixed-use development. He believes architecture must strive to inspire and enhance the community.

Robert Schnitzer is a media executive, film producer, director and screenwriter. A native of New York City, Robert is the founder/CEO of Sedona, AZ-based Elation Media and Los Angeles, CA-based Movicorp Media. He also arranges financing for various ventures in the media sector.

Helen Ann Britton
Advisor to the Board
Dr. Britton is an investment banker with over thirty years of experience in the media industry, as a corporate executive (ABC Television, Warner Bros and Group W Cable), as an international consultant (Europe and Asia), and as the CEO of TPI Media Inc. An internationally recognized speaker on marketing and media, she earned a PhD in Communications from Stanford University as well as both BA (Social Sciences) and MA (Economics) degrees from the University of Kentucky. She was an RJ Reynolds Fellow in Economics at UNC Chapel Hill.
