MGS Plaza includes a 6-story hotel with an estimated 130 rooms and suites along the perimeter of the 4.67-acre “movie ranch”. It will be available for production companies to book for their producers, directors, crew and stars. In addition, the Company expects it to become the primary lodging for tourists visiting MGS Plaza, business executives attending conferences and conventions at the sound stage/live event venue on the MGS Backlot, as well as students and faculty visiting Jackson State University across the street, less than 1 block from MGS Plaza.
