OVERVIEW
The MGS Backlot consists of an 18,160-sf sound stage and a 25,350-sf combination sound stage and live event/concert hall, equipped with state-of-the-art xR and LED Volume cutting-edge virtual capabilities. In addition, there is an open 2.42-acre mini “movie ranch” for outdoor production, a set construction mill, commissary, expendable store, production equipment and vehicle rentals, costume and prop storage, production offices, warehouse facilities and parking for cars, honey wagons and production vehicles.

SOUND STAGES
The centerpieces of the MGS Backlot are its two state-of-the-art sound stages, equipped with LED walls for immersive virtual and extended reality (xR) productions, as required. The mill, for set construction, is connected between Backlot Stages 01 and 02 for easy access.
Stage 01 is 18,160-sf and 39-ft high, dedicated exclusively to motion picture/TV production. The larger Stage 02 at 25,350-sf and 47-ft high will function as both a sound stage and, when not rented for film production, will be available to rent for music concerts, sports/athletic competitions, theater performances, conventions, weddings and as a venue for all other live events.

ORIGINAL CONTENT
The Company plans to provide seed monies, partial financing and/or use of its facilities for up to three long-form original productions annually, including theatrical feature films and series. Such in-house content will be developed internally or acquired from third parties and will be produced or co-produced by Movie Garden Studios.
FILM LIBRARY SALES
Movie Garden Studios plans to acquire worldwide rights to 40 completed motion picture classics and documentaries from the libraries of Movicorp (feature films) and Elation Media (holistic body-mind programs). Movie Garden Studios plans to add to the library over time and market its titles to streaming platforms, television, Blu-ray and theatrical distributors worldwide.

MOVIE GARDEN FILM SCHOOL
As part of its mission, Movie Garden Studios is dedicated to training the next generation of filmmakers. The MGS Film School will offer select students in Mississippi and from around the world a hands-on curriculum in the various crafts and arts of digital story-telling. In addition, full and partial scholarships will be awarded to select at-risk students under MGS’s Shoot Movies, Not Guns training program.
