Charlotte is a native of Mississippi and co-founder of Movie Garden Studios. She is an entrepreneur and civic leader in Jackson, the state's capital city. A passionate promoter of Jackson, she ran for mayor in 1997 and in the primaries for the U.S. Congress in 2000. For over 20 years, MGS has been a dream project for Charlotte and her husband Monte.

Arnold Hernandez

Arnold Hernandez is a registered architect both in the US and abroad. He earned a bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. He has over 23 years of experience in architectural design, space planning, and master planning, both domestic and international. Past projects include residential, commercial, education, industrial, multi-family, and mixed-use development. He believes architecture must strive to inspire and enhance the community.

Robert is a media executive, film producer, director and screenwriter. A native of New York City, Robert is the founder/CEO of Los Angeles, CA-based Movicorp Media. He directed and produced one of his films, “The Premonition,” in Jackson, Mississippi, bringing $1M into the state. Robert also arranged financing for several ventures in the media sector, for which he served as General Partner.

Joe delivers strategic financial services to businesses across a broad spectrum of industries, including film/TV/media, real estate, consumer goods, and manufacturing. As Managing Principal of Unbridled Advisory, LLC, he transforms financial strategies into scalable success, providing CFO support, capital raising, FP&A strategy, and M&A advisory services, with a strong focus working with private equity firms, venture capital, and portfolio companies. Joe earned a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Kentucky and is currently based in Louisville, KY.

Stuart began his career as a CPA at Ernst & Young before transitioning into consulting for Fortune 500 companies, where he led high-impact global special projects. Currently serving as the Managing Director, M&A/CFO Services at Unbridled Advisory, LLC, he brings over 30 years of leadership experience across multiple roles such as Managing Director, Operations Partner, CEO, COO, CFO, Strategic Consultant, and Board Member. Stuart has a proven track record working with private equity firms, family offices, and portfolio companies, with expertise spanning strategic advisory, financial and operational consulting, comprehensive M&A services and due diligence, turnaround and restructuring, interim CXO roles, and insurance, risk, and crisis management. He earned his BBA in Finance and Accounting from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island, and is based in Westport, Connecticut.
