OTHER LOCATION BENEFITS
|
ENVIRONMENTAL, SUSTAINABILITY, HEALTH AND WELLNESS
Both the Theme Park and Backlot will apply sustainable practices to protect and preserve the environment. These include deployment of solar power, natural non-toxic construction materials and furnishings, rainwater retention for Theme Park fountains/waterfalls and other technologies to supplement municipal power and water supplies.
The Theme Park commons will be landscaped in a botanical garden motif, populated with shade trees and indigenous plants and flowers to encourage both local guests and tourists to make MSS a fun and relaxing destination to spend their time and money on a regular basis.
The Backlot will integrate strategically located food gardens based on regenerative principles, the produce of which will complement the commissary supply chain and, subject to availability, various food vendors at the Theme Park. On Sundays and holidays, when production at the Backlot is generally suspended, MSS will invite local communities to attend permaculture workshops to help empower food security.
