Movie Garden Studios (MGS) is the future home of a 20-acre mixed-use real estate development in downtown Jackson, Mississippi. It consists of the MGS Backlot, a state-of-the-art motion picture production facility opening in Q3 of 2025; and MGS Plaza, an entertainment destination for tourists and the general public, opening in Q2 of 2026.
The Company intends to lease its facilities to third party production companies as well as utilize the facilities to produce original programming and other content, which it will market and distribute throughout the world along with its growing library of classic movie titles.
